This agreement shall be legally binding upon you, your heirs, estate, assigns, including all minor children, and personal representatives and it shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, being CHRRS’ principle location. Any dispute under this agreement shall be litigated in, and venue shall be, the British Columbia Provincial Court. If any clause, phrase, or word is in conflict with Provincial law, then that single part is null and void.
